Reshipment, Replacement and Refund Policies

1 If you are not completely satisfied, we promise a full merchandise refund or credit for our 100% Money-back Guarantee (shipping & handling charges are not refundable) for items unused. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.

2 ALL CLAIMS  for MISSING ITEMS, DAMAGES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ERRORS must be made within 24 hours of the date of delivery. You are only allowed to request for replacement if the item(s) is/are damaged or defective. Replacement requests will only be honored within 7 days from the purchase date. It is of utmost importance to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report the damages immediately. 

3 The reshipment of missing orders due to our error is free of charge. However, a certain period of time should be allotted for investigation to find out the cause. If the item is undelivered because of wrong address provided by customer, there will be additional charges for the reshipped merchandise and shipping and handling fees for re-deliveries.

 

 

To be accepted for return on this basis, keep the following in mind:

1. Item should be returned to the company within 30 days from despatch date.
2. Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable. For orders which were shipped free (via standard shipping), an amount of $8.95 will be deducted from the invoice value of goods.
3. Unopened items are entitled to full merchandise refund.
4. Any Goods returned that are opened or used (within the 30-day money back guarantee), will be subjected to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods.

 

 

 IMPORTANT NOTE: 

Customer must pay for shipping cost of all returned products, except when it is an error in manufacturing, shipping, packing or customer service.

 All Returns must be acknowledged by Shipping and Billing Department. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE.

Returns Process

Products purchased through MTSRoller.com and replaced under warranty may be returned for replacement or full/partial credit by following these steps:  

Step 1: To request a returnof one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigat to My Account.

Step 2:  Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Items(s) button.

Step 3: In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down box, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

Step 4: After submission, the Return Request will be Reviewed. Occasionally, such requests can also be Rejected or Cancelled if the Reason does not adhere to the Refund or Replacement policies.

Once the status has changed to Return Authorized:

a. Please pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).

b. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Make sure that your name is there and the reason for returning the item.

c. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all the accessories to ensure product replacement or a full credit (re-stocking, shipping and hanling fees not included).

d. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

e. Ship back the items to the warehouse. The return address is indicated in the original packaging of your order:

f. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Step 5: The status of your request will be changed to Received once the warehouse confirmed the returned package.The Replacement or Refund process may take 5-7 business days depending how fast it is completed. The status of the completed request can either be changed to Item(s) Replaced or Item(s) Refunded.
